LOFT Plus Review

Hey everyone!

Sometime in December my amazing friend Kelsie told me that Loft started carrying plus sizes. As a fellow plus size fashion fan, I'm always super excited to hear that another company has extended into carrying plus sizes. Right after we found out, Loft started a huge sale: an additional 50% off all clearance! I quickly ordered 3 pieces that I knew would be perfect pieces to fit into my wardrobe - a leopard print skirt, a simple black dress, and a purple jumpsuit. I ordered all three based on my measurements (the most accurate way of ordering clothing online) and I'll be reviewing each below! If you're interested in a certain style, make sure you click on the picture for the link!

LOFT Plus Paneled Sheath Dress (#483742)

Okay so this sheath dress is one of the best, classic LBDs (Little Black Dresses) I've seen out there. Originally this little number costs $89.50 and I got it for - wait for it - $12! It's a little big, especially in the chest, and a bit long but for $12 plus doing my own alterations I'll still come out waay under the original price tag with a gorgeous Audrey Hepburn-esque dress.

LOFT Plus Leopard Jacquard Pocket Skirt (#480143)

I'll be the first to admit that I'm not a fan of animal print. Maybe because most of the times I've seen it it's looked tacky? I'll gladly eat my words with this skirt. It's such a simple silhouette that it actually lets the leopard shine in a classy manner AND it was a whopping $12 on sale too (Originally $69.50)! Thankfully it's only mayybe half an inch bigger in the waist than I'd prefer so I may not even touch it. Excuse me while I channel my inner Fran Drescher.

LOFT Plus Petal Sleeve Back Tie Jumpsuit (#498041)

Last but not least is this gorgeous eggplant jumpsuit. I've become such a huge fan of jumpsuits lately but only have 2 and both of them are black (along with 90% of my wardrobe). This year I'm really trying to get out of my comfort color zone and this jumpsuit is definitely a baby step in the right direction. This one fits me perfectly other than the length but since that's another 10-minute-fix it's easily worth the (you guessed it!) $12!

All in all I am LOVING LOFT's new plus size offerings! Unfortunately for the ladies who prefer in-person shopping, the line is only available in select stores that you can check out at https://www.loft.com/stores.jsp and click on the "View stores that carry Plus sizes" link after plugging in your address or zip code. I'll still gladly pay just about any shipping cost for $36 when I originally would've had to spend almost $260 just on the three pieces alone.

Keep in mind that I am in no way being compensated by LOFT for this review! I purchased these pieces on my own and just wanted to share for any plus-sized ladies looking for another place to shop (or are curious to see if they'll like LOFT's new line)!

I hope that this little review helps out anyone interested in LOFT's plus line. I'd love to hear from you guys and if you find anything you love!

All My Love,

Stephanie
